Compassionate Psychiatric Care

Coping with emotional distress can feel overwhelming and isolating—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and more. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, focused on developing safe, effective, and well-tolerated medication regimens tailored to each individual's needs.

I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where people from all backgrounds feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. Grounded in trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment, I work closely with my patients to identify the most appropriate and sustainable options for their unique situation.

Mental health care is never one-size-fits-all. That’s why I believe in exploring treatment options together, ensuring every decision is made with transparency, empathy, and respect.

I provide care for adult patients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire through convenient, secure telepsychiatry services.

About me

I am a board-certified psychiatrist committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health care for adults. I have a particular interest in working with individuals facing complex clinical presentations, especially those involving mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and attention or cognitive challenges.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including both inpatient and outpatient care. This diverse experience helps shape my thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment.
